Bill Saxton

CCO Associate Bill Saxton ministers to the 3,000+ international students and scholars at Penn State University Park.

He served for many years as advisor to the International Christian Fellowship (ICF) student organization, and coordinates a program of activities and services for the PSU international community in general, International Ministries at Penn State (IMPSU).

Bill and his wife, Barb, began their ministry at Penn State in 1982. Over the past few decades, Bill has become a well-known and appreciated ambassador of Christ among the international community at Penn State. The Saxtons' ministry includes organizing welcoming activities for new students and a weekly Friday night program involving a dinner, English class, a beginner Bible study, a discipleship group, and a worship and testimony time. Bill also helps students move furniture, edits term papers, leads Bible studies, meets with students individually and in small groups, and takes students on monthly trips.
