Jonathan Wagner
Jonathan Wagner reaches out to students at the University of Central Florida and Valencia College, Downtown Campus through a partnership with First Presbyterian Church of Orlando.
Jonathan began his CCO tenure by pioneering our first campus ministry position in the state of Indiana, working with students at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana. Prior to moving to Orlando in 2019, Jonathan served the CCO as Partnership Coordinator in our Midwest region, supporting, encouraging, and developing campus ministry staff to transform college students to transform the world.
"College students are hungering for more," says Jonathan. "More meaning. More depth. More hope. More life. Only Jesus can meet these deepest longings. The Spirit of God dwells in us individually and as a community to reveal who He is to a watching world, and the college years are beautifully disruptive time in life when students can ponder these important questions and encounter the Living God."
