Remembering William Eugene Tiller

CCO alumnus Eugene Tiller died a little over a year ago, on September 27, 2006, from complications of a cancerous brain tumor. Born in 1961, Eugene attended the very first Ocean City Beach Project in 1983. He later graduated from Westminster College and served on CCO staff at the Kirk House, ministering to Gannon University students in Erie, PA from 1986 through 1989.

Eugene is survived by his wife, Christine O’Reilly, his children, Ava and Miles Tiller, as well as extended family members and friends. His funeral service was held October 2, 2006 at Capitol Hill Presbyterian Church in Washington, DC, and was officiated by the Rev. Ellen Campbell [1995–98].
