Three years ago when my youngest child entered Kindergarten, I decided to write about the Beach Project for the CCO website. Praise from Amy Maczuzak and Byron Borger went straight to my head! In short, I’ve not stopped writing since then, and each step further gets more amazing.
I just started a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing through Seattle Pacific University, in conjunction with The Image Journal of the Arts and Religion. I am having a BLAST!
Scott Harlan and I live north of Boston, where he teaches junior high social studies at a school for kids with dyslexia. Our two children love school, cooking, and making things.
