I have been living in Bellingham, Washington for three years now. It’s very green…
Recently I self-published my first children’s book, called Simone Goes to the Market: A Children’s Book of Colors Connecting Face and Food. It’s a collection of photos of farmers and their colorful gifts to us. The impetus came from wanting children to see that colors have roots. What emerged was the importance of this face and food connection that is so vital (see Vince Burens, Matt Hunter, Bill Shimko, Dave Schrader, Kenn Hermann, or Byron Borgerif you want to see a copy).
My daughter Simone graduated Kindergarten! She is a delight.I’ve been connected with a ministry called Tierra Nueva for a couple years now. Bob Ekblad, the director, has a new book called A New Christian Manifesto that’s stellar. Byron has it.
Cheers,
