Katie Zoet to work with Eastern University students

(Pittsburgh) July 10, 2008 — Katie Zoet has joined the CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach) to reach out to students at Eastern University in cooperation with Church of the Saviour in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Katie graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2006 with a degree in communication studies.

“Ever since my own positive experience with college ministry, I have realized how important it is to reach students during this influential time in their lives,” Katie says. “College is a place where faith can be lost, or never even found. I’m proud to be joining CCO, an organization that understands these issues. They meet students where they are, in order to encourage them in their walk with Christ and teach them to apply their faith to all aspects of their lives.”

The CCO is a campus ministry organization which partners with churches, colleges and organizations to develop men and women who live out their Christian faith in every area of life. The CCO’s core purpose is “transforming college students to transform the world.”
