(Pittsburgh) June 31, 2008 — Ericka Newell has joined the CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach) to reach out to students at Elmira College in cooperation with North Presbyterian Church in Elmira, New York.
Ericka graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in May 2008 with a degree in religion.
“I was involved in the CCO’s ministry as a student at OWU, and I believe in the CCO’s mission of transforming college students to transform the world,” says Ericka. “I look forward to getting to know students and finding out where their needs are and what I can do to meet those needs. I believe this is where God is calling me to use the gifts and abilities that he has blessed me with.”
The CCO is a campus ministry organization which partners with churches, colleges and organizations to develop men and women who live out their Christian faith in every area of life. The CCO’s core purpose is “transforming college students to transform the world.”
