The CCO welcomes Gary Villa

(Pittsburgh) August 7, 2008 — Gary Villa has joined the CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach) to reach out to students at Cornell University and Ithaca College through his position as a Pastoral Intern with New Life Presbyterian Church in Ithaca, New York.

Gary graduated in May 2006 from Wheaton College in Illinois, with a degree in church history and spiritual formation.

Gary first heard about the CCO from his pastor, who recommended that he consider working here. Along with new CCO staff member Justin McGeary, who will be working with Cornell University students, Gary will be the first CCO staff person to reach out to college students in Ithaca, New York.

The CCO is a campus ministry organization which partners with churches, colleges and organizations to develop men and women who live out their Christian faith in every area of life. The CCO’s core purpose is “transforming college students to transform the world.”
