Dennis Simmons joins the CCO

(Pittsburgh) September 17, 2008 — Dennis Simmons has joined the CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach) to reach out to students at Thiel College in partnership with First Baptist Church of Greenville, Pennsylvania, where he serves as Campus Ministry Director.

Dennis graduated from Grace College in 2004 with a degree in counseling.

“I firmly believe in the mission and purpose of the CCO and want to be part of that,” says Dennis. “I believe that college students need a balance in their life that can only come from a relationship with Jesus Christ. I want to break through and show students the love and understanding that Jesus provides.”

Dennis and his wife, Chrissy, live in Greenville, where they are raising a daughter, Jael Jessica, who was born in June 2008.

The CCO is a campus ministry organization which partners with churches, colleges and organizations to develop men and women who live out their Christian faith in every area of life. The CCO’s core purpose is “transforming college students to transform the world.”
