Why CCO Board member Lou Divers is involved with the CCO
The CCO made its first impact on me when I was attending Grove City College. John Chapko worked for CCO on my campus and provided me with a spiritual mentor at a critical stage of my faith development. I wanted to do my part to continue and expand their impact.
I believe the college years are fertile ground for the mind and soul and the harvest can be bountiful fruit or overflowing thorns and thistles. The type of harvest depends on the everyday choices one makes, the type of company one keeps, and the worldview that one adopts. The CCO exists to draw others to Jesus and right choices and authentic relationships and sound thinking.
