Roger Johnson’s journey into leadership
“If it weren’t for the CCO’s ministry, I don’t think I would have been willing to take risks in leadership, or read books that challenged what I was learning in the classroom, or participate in so many experiences outside the classroom,” says Roger Johnson. “The real difference came from having someone sincerely take an interest in me. It was powerful to have someone care about me and make the time to challenge me to grow.”
