Job Opening with the CCO: Partnership Coordinator for Western PA

The CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach), a ministry to college students based in Pittsburgh, PA and working on 90 campuses located in seven states throughout the mid-Atlantic region, is seeking an individual who would like the opportunity to be an instrumental part of creating thriving partnerships in Western Pennsylvania.

Primary Objectives

  1. Develop new thriving partnerships with churches, colleges and community organizations.
  2. Nurture existing partnerships by gaining feedback to improve the quality of the partnership and implement programs that add value to our partners.
  3. Develop & maintain an active network of contacts for partnership development.
  4. Work closely with ministry partners, Human Resources, and Staff Directors to build a candidate profile and collaborate on placement of staff.

Education and Experience
Education: minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred leadership experience in either the local church, higher education or nonprofit organization
