CCO Job Opening: Assistant Director of Training and Leadership Development

The CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach), a ministry to college students based in Pittsburgh, PA and working on 90 campuses located in seven states throughout the mid-Atlantic region, is seeking candidates to interview for the following position:

Assistant Director of Training and Leadership Development
The Assistant Director of Training and Leadership Development manages all aspects of training programs to CCO staff as prescribed through the CCO Mission, Core Values and Organizational Goals. This person will be accountable to the Training and Leadership Development Director, and will work closely with CCO Staff Directors, Partnership Coordinators, Finance Department, Human Resources Department, and Training Team.
