Two CCO Job Openings: Director of Human Resources and Marketing & Media Relations Associate

The CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach), a ministry to college students based in Pittsburgh, PA and working on 87 campuses located in seven states throughout the mid-Atlantic region, is seeking candidates to apply for the following two positions:

Director of Human Resources
This Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and the work of the recruiter(s) and the recruiting coordinator.  The HR Director will be responsible for developing and carrying out strategies and tactics to acquire, develop and retain exceptional Ministry, Leadership and Support Staff for the CCO. Marketing & Media Relations Associate
The Marketing & Media Relations Associate will work with members of the CCO’s Marketing & Communications Team and cross-departmentally to promote the CCO via social media, press releases and the CCO website. This position also involves running the CCO cards ministry, assisting the Vice President for Marketing & Communications with clerical tasks, editing images and managing various projects.
