CCO Job Opening: Director of Recruiting

The CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach), a ministry to college students based in Pittsburgh, PA and working on 87 campuses located in seven states throughout the mid-Atlantic region, is seeking candidates to apply for the following position:

Director of Recruiting
Our Director of Recruiting is responsible for recruiting exceptional candidates for Ministry, Leadership and Support Staff for the CCO. The Director of Recruiting, assisted by the Recruiting Coordinator, is responsible for identifying candidates for campus ministry and working in collaboration with our Partnership Coordinators to provide candidates for available positions. This person must be willing and able to build and maintain relationships, to communicate persuasively when discussing the CCO, to work in a team environment, and to jump in and roll up one’s sleeves to help out when necessary.
