(Pittsburgh) December 12, 2011—Alaina Webber has recently joined the CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach) to begin a four-month internship working with the Events Team. With the Jubilee conference approaching in February, Alaina looks to contribute to the effort.
“Working for the CCO—a non-profit that specifically seeks to spread the love of Jesus in all that they do—excites me,” says Alaina. With regards to the Jubilee conference, Alaina states, “I am looking forward to learning the dynamics of planning and executing such a large conference.”
Alaina is a junior at Duquesne University where she is earning a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. She has served as an intern for a variety of organizations, including Silk Screen: Asian American Arts Organization, Center of Life/KRUNK, and Duquesne University Department of Communications and Rhetorical Studies. Recently she was elected Vice President of the Crossroads Christian Fellowship Ministry Team at Duquesne.
The CCO is a campus ministry organization which partners with churches, colleges and organizations to develop men and women who live out their Christian faith in every area of life. The CCO’s core purpose is “transforming college students to transform the world.”
