Jessica Wells is a CCO associate staff worker, volunteering her time to reach out to students at Kent State University.
Jessica did her undergraduate work at Beloit College before enrolling at Kent State for a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science. While at Beloit, Jessica took on a leadership role within her Christian fellowship group, becoming president in her final semester. Jessica felt a call towards campus ministry and is now excited about the step of faith that she is taking.
“I believe God called me to serve college students through campus ministry, and my faith finally outgrew my fear,” says Jessica. “I grew personally through CCO campus ministry and events, and I want to be a part of this unique organization.”
Prior to affiliating with the CCO, Jessica worked as a camp counselor for four summers, a TA at a library circulation desk, in various office administration positions, and is currently working as a Sales Representative for Momentum Media. She enjoys cooking, making jewelry, and she made a life-changing decision when she chose to leave North Carolina to move to Kent in 2010.
