Ohio Wesleyan University alumna Haley Figlestahler returns to serve OWU through the CCO

(Pittsburgh) July 8, 2013 —  Haley Figlestahler graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and studio art. She joined the CCO to serve as a wilderness intern at her alma mater.

“The CCO made me feel at home during my college career,” Haley says. “It provided seasonal wilderness trips during which I could explore my faith, including Leadership and Discipleship in the Wilderness, which I participated in last summer.

“The CCO is also a place full of unique combinations! I can combine my love for Christ with my passion for the outdoors. The CCO gives me the opportunity to witness to college students in fun and exciting ways. Honestly, this job is a way to have an extreme adventure almost every day. What more could I ask for?”

The CCO is an organization committed to transforming college students to transform the world. They accomplish this by partnering with churches, colleges, and organizations to develop men and women who live out their Christian faith in every area of life. Currently, 225 CCO staff members are reaching out to students on 104 college campuses.
