Billy Ferrell is the Partnership Coordinator for Central Pennsylvania, maintaining and developing positions with churches, colleges and other organizations through which our staff people might reach out to college students.
“I believe that college students are among the most powerful people on Earth,” says Billy. “Within themselves, many college students contain the passion, determination, compassion, and talent to do great things. Combine these attributes with a deep and abiding faith in the Living God, and I believe students can truly change the world!”
Because of this belief, Billy joined CCO staff in 2006 to minister to young people in York, Pennsylvania, reaching out to students at York College of Pennsylvania and Harrisburg Area Community College’s York Campus.
While Billy’s primary role is that of Partnership Coordinator, helping to connect more churches, colleges and organizations with the CCO’s mission of transforming college students to transform the world, he continues to minister to York area students, laying a strong foundation for future expansion of CCO ministry there.
Billy lives in York with his wife, Stephanie Joy, and their four children: Julia, William, Elizabeth and Rebecca.
Everybody on staff at the CCO raises their own financial support, including our partnership coordinators. You can support Billy or anybody else on our area leadership team by contributing online.
