CCO Area Leaders
Scott Evans serves as Staff Director for Central Pennsylvania, supervising campus staff members in this part of our region, and he works part-time with student athletes at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
A graduate of Temple University, Scott first learned about the CCO while attending a seminar where he had obtained his Master of Arts in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary. He was particularly impressed by the CCO’s emphasis on partnering with churches to do campus ministry, and in 2007, he joined CCO staff to partner with Shippensburg Presbyterian Church to reach out to students at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In 2011, he transitioned to his current position as Staff Director. Scott is an ordained minister with the Bible Fellowship Church, and he has also earned a master’s degree of Higher Education from Geneva College.
Scott and his wife, Robin, live in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and they have two children, Zachary and Sara.
