Carlous Price serves students at Howard University in partnership with Tom Skinner Campus Ministries and the Skinner Leadership Institute. As a Howard alumnus himself, Carlous focuses his ministry around discipleship, leadership development, community service, racial reconciliation and evangelism.
Carlous also serves as Co-Director of the Howard University Community Choir (a group of 50-60 HU students who love to praise God). Noonday Christian Fellowship is so named because it meets every Wednesday and every Friday at 12 noon in the chapel. Bible studies start with praise and worship, and then a student, a minister or clergy member leads Bible study. Throughout the school year, Carlous invites students to participate in leadership development seminars, a Virtue Campaign, and service projects. Students serve the homeless at least once a week, gather for a leadership Bible study every other week, and have socials, parties, retreats and whatever else can be squeezed into two semesters.
