Villanova is an Augustinian Catholic university with a very large, thriving campus ministry program available to all of its students. Liturgies are available on campus, as well as a variety of special interest groups and retreats.
The CCO and its staff on the Mainline in Philadelphia respect all that Villanova offers and seek ways to assist the university in the ministry already being done. Villanova Campus Ministry recognizes that not all students who attend Villanova are Catholic and they encourage CCO staff member Lindsey Smyth to be involved with them. Lindsey participates in FOCUS, an ecumenical student-led group which meets Monday nights at Villanova.
Villanova students attend both local churches served by the CCO: Wayne Presbyterian Church and Quest at Church of the Saviour. Lindsey helps students connect with student-led Bible studies and is continually looking for more ways to be available to faculty, staff and students at Villanova.
