Waynesburg University and the CCO have a long history, making it a great place to do ministry. The administration of the college includes a number of CCO alumni and friends.
There are a number of programs in which CCO staff people are involved, but their biggest focus is on building relationships. Living right in the residence hall with students allows CCO staff members Adam and Melissa Jones, Michael Juliano and Zachary Northen to be directly involved in the lives of students.
