In effect, having the CCO on campus means that Grove City receives ongoing in-service training. They are helping us grow and improve as an institution of higher learning.
The CCO’s training program is excellent, and these staff people return from CCO training events with new insights about relevant cultural issues which they then share with students and with their student development colleagues.

As a church-related institution, Westminster College seeks to create an on-campus environment in which our students’ spiritual needs are met. The CCO’s presence on campus helps us fulfill this mission as students observe and interact with staff members who serve as Christian role models…lending a helping hand, a word of advice or a listening ear. Our Titan Traverse Leadership Program, which is staffed entirely by CCO personnel, is a model emulated by other colleges. The College also has an extensive Residence Life program that brings CCO staff members into contact with our students daily.
