This experience combines opportunities to care for the urban poor with a climb up one of Ecuador’s highest peaks.

Sample Itinerary
Day 1: Travel to Quito, Ecuador.
Day 2: Explore the city with your group and try out the food and language.
Day 3: Spend your first day of service with a local church.
Day 4: Do an acclimatization climb on nearby GuaGua Pichincha.
Day 5: Partner again with a local church in the city.
Day 6: Spend a final day of service with a local church.
Day 7: Travel to the climbers’ hut on one of Ecuador’s high peaks; learn mountaineering basics.
Day 8: Do a summit attempt then return to the city.
Day 9: Return to the United States.
