Jump-Start Your Group
As campus ministers, we are always in groups. But rarely do we think much about how the group is functioning until it is too late. We all have been a part of a group that at one time or another ceased to function cohesively. This can be devastating to the overall success of a Bible study, fellowship group or project team.
CCO XD specializes in group behavior and communication and can assist you in either responding to a group that is not working or starting a new group that will be on its way to functioning well. Vibrant CCO ministries matter to us. We can work with you and your leadership team to provide brainstorming and problem analysis, observation, evaluation, resources and activity designs.
