Checks
Make checks out to the “CCO”, including “XD Training – CC/WWG” in the memo line. Please mail to the main office – CCO, Attn: Jamie Zackavitch, 5912 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.

To pay online, click here. Click on “Special Mission Initiative”. Scroll down and click on “CCO XD Training Event Registration”. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your payment. Make sure to include “CC/WWG” in the Comments box.
