Team Building
CCO XD offers training in leading ice breakers, group games, initiatives, communications, and other team building activities. Various team building workshops are held throughout the year and can be scheduled for your group based on your need.
Working with Groups* is a three- to four-day intensive learning lab where you’ll learn more about groups and how to facilitate them than you ever thought possible. Topics covered in theory and practice include assessing group needs, design, norms, and leadership.
