Team Building

The OLT offers training in leading group games and initiatives, communications, and a Working with Groups seminar.

Working with Groups is a three- to four-day intensive learning lab where you’ll learn more about groups and how to facilitate them than you ever thought possible. Topics covered in theory and practice include assessing group needs, design, norms, and leadership.
