Join the Jubilee staff this spring at the 2008 Jubilee conference! There are a variety of ways to volunteer, either on the Registration Team, or as a Jubilee Conference Staffer. See below for the job descriptions and application.

Jubilee Registration Volunteer Job Description

What you get as a part of the Registration Team: Free conference registration ($180 value). This alone entitles you to attend General Sessions and Elective Seminars absolutely free!

Conditions:

It is imperative that you are available for the entire time. Applicants available for only part of the time will not be selected.

You begin Friday, February 15 at noon and you will finish after everyone is registered that evening.

You’ll get to attend most of the conference! Each individual must complete an application form. The more specific you are, the better chance you have of being selected. You must provide complete information or your application will not be considered.

Jubilee Conference Volunteer Job Description

What you get as a Jubilee conference staffer:

  • Free conference registration & free room ($230 value)

Jobs and personnel needs:

  • Main stage team (need to be strong and sturdy)
  • Seminar team (AV set-up and breakdown, etc., for everything except main stage)
  • Jubilee Store (stocking & selling)
  • Hospitality team (creative, cordial, and a little crazy)
  • Interpreter for the deaf (proficient in sign language)
  • Headquarters (assist delegates and staff)

Conditions:

For the 2008 conference it is imperative that you are available for the entire time.
Applicants available for only part of the time will not be selected.

You begin Thursday, February 14, 2008 at 6:00pm and you will finish Sunday, February 17, 2008 at 4:00pm.

Of course, you may miss some of the conference—how much depends on what job you have. As a volunteer you will be on call all weekend and are welcome to participate in conference activities when you are not assigned to a particular task.

You can apply for just one, two, three, or all positions. Apply individually, as a couple, or as a team. If you are applying with others, please include the names of those you are applying with in the space provided on the application. Each individual must complete an application form. The more specific you are, the better chance you have of being selected. You must provide complete information or your application will not be considered.
