You can interview for some of the great positions we have available each year. These positions involve the following types of cooperative placements: college administration (RD, student life, etc.), church and specialized positions (which include coffee shops, community organizations, outdoor leadership and ministry to athletes).
All CCO positions available to you are in the mid-Atlantic region of the country (Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New York, and the greater Washington, DC area), and require an initial three-year commitment. We are committed to life-on-life relational ministry with students and desire our staff to be committed to the institutions and students they serve. The CCO is committed to serving all students. One aspect of this means that we are making an intentional effort to hire more African-American staff and to develop more ministries to African-American students. As members of the body of Christ, we are committed to racial reconciliation as a command and a privilege. Building lasting ministries and making an impact on the lives of students is what we believe God-honoring campus ministry is all about.
