You can interview for some of the great positions we have available each year. These positions involve the following types of cooperative partnerships: college administration (RD, student life, etc.), church and specialized positions (which include coffee shops, community organizations, outdoor leadership and ministry to athletes).
All CCO positions available to you are in the mid-Atlantic region of the country (Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, New York, and the greater Washington, DC area), and expect an initial three- to five-year commitment. We are committed to life-on-life relational ministry with students and desire our staff to be committed to the institutions and students they serve.
We have committed to following the truth of the gospel by equipping our partners, staff, and students concerning the issues of racial justice, reconciliation, and reaching the growing cultural diversity among our students, while also seeking that diversity in our staff. While our efforts often appear to be focused on African Americans, we strive to include all ethnic and racial groups. Building lasting ministries and making an impact on the lives of all students is what we believe God-honoring campus ministry is all about.
