About Support-Raising
You will be expected to raise, on average, half of your total support needs from personal contacts; your cooperating church or school will take care of the rest. You will receive a salary plus full health benefits and life and disability insurance. If you have more education or experience than is expected for entry-level positions, you may receive a higher salary.

Salaries are reviewed annually with Area Directors and are adjusted appropriately. There are many advantages for you and your friends and relatives who make contributions, designated for your personal support, to the CCO. You receive love and commitment from your supporters in a very concrete way. Your supporters have a sense of being closely connected to campus ministry, of seeing how their money is being invested and of feeling that they are having a direct impact on students’ lives. Remember, contributions to the CCO, including those designated to your Ministry Account, are fully tax-deductible. The CCO is a Charter Member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.

How funds contributed to your Ministry Account are used
Donations to the CCO designated for you are used exclusively for your work: this includes your salary, a portion of your training costs and your own ministry expenses. These funds may also be used for moving expenses as allowed by IRS guidelines. No service charges or assessments are taken from Ministry Accounts by the CCO for general overhead costs.
