We’re looking for people…

…whose personal character and strong identity is in Christ.

This person’s life is consistent with Christ’s teachings and they work out of that solid foundation. They are faithful, obedient, humble and teachable.

…whose faith is Biblically rooted and integrated.

A solid Biblical foundation is evident in their life. This person lives out the public implications of personal transformation.

…who are evangelistic.

Their actions are consistent with a heart for those who do not know Christ.

…who know how to network.

They are good at finding and utilizing resources on and off campus.

…who are committed to the “with me” principal of ministry.

They are passionate about intentionally building relationships with college students.

…who are strategic and disciplined.

Someone who takes initiative, is self-motivated and is a forward thinker.

…who are effective communicators.

This person works well in collaboration and communicates clearly.

…who are leadership developers.

They have a clear vision for student leadership development and are comfortable with leadership themselves—they are a natural leader. They know and build up student leaders well to create a team of inviters who own the ministry.
